About the gift card
How long is an EDZO gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 2 years, counted from the day it is sent. The exact end date is on the gift card, in the email and under "Check balance".
Can I spend a gift card in parts?
Yes. You only pay what you order; the remaining balance stays on the gift card for your next order.
Can I use several gift cards at once?
Yes, you can use up to five gift cards on one order. If the total is higher than the balance, you pay the rest with iDEAL, credit card or another payment method.
How does the recipient receive the gift card?
By email, right after your payment or on the date you choose. The email includes a PDF to print. You get a confirmation yourself.
Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
No, a gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given: whatever you don't spend stays on the gift card until the end date. Only within the 14-day cooling-off period after your order can you cancel the purchase and get your money back.
Can I cancel a gift card?
Yes. As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of your order. If you cancel within that period, we refund the amount still on the gift card within 14 days via the same payment method. If the gift card has not been used yet, you get the full amount back. You can cancel via "Withdraw from your order" (in your account, at the bottom of every page or via the link in the confirmation email), or by emailing us at info@edzodetailing.nl. After the cooling-off period a gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
