You can pay securely with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna (pay later within 30 days). All payments run over a secured SSL connection.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been packed, we can change or cancel it. Call or message us as soon as possible: orders placed before 17:00 are usually processed the same day.
Do I get an invoice with my order?
Yes, you automatically receive an invoice (including a VAT breakdown) by email. Business customers can set a separate billing address and VAT number in their account.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium costs €4.95. Order €50 or more and we ship free of charge. Evening delivery is available for €6.95.
When will my order be delivered?
Ordered before 17:00 on a business day means delivery tomorrow. You receive a track & trace link as soon as your parcel is handed to PostNL. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
Do you ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Right now we ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery to Germany is planned. Business buyers outside the Benelux can get in touch to discuss the options.
Returns
How do I return something?
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. Register your return through your account or the returns page, stick the return label on the box and drop the parcel at a PostNL point. Returns are free.
When do I get my money back?
Within 5 business days of receiving your return we refund the full purchase amount to the account you paid with.
Can I return opened products?
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened liquids (compounds, shampoos, coatings) cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original packaging can always come back.
Products & advice
Which pad do I use with which compound?
Rule of thumb: a cutting compound with a coarse (firm) pad for correction, a fine polish with a soft pad for finishing. Not sure? Send us a photo of the paint over WhatsApp and we will advise you personally.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We sell professional quality, but many products are ideal to learn with, such as the complete polishing kits with a manual. Start with a dual-action machine: it is very hard to damage paint with one.
