When you place an order we process your name, address, email address, phone number (optional) and payment details. If you have an account we also keep your order history and saved addresses.
2. What we use it for
We use your data only to process and deliver your order, for customer service and, if you give consent, for the newsletter. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. How long we keep it
We keep order data for 7 years (statutory tax retention). Account data is kept until you delete your account, and newsletter preferences until you unsubscribe.
4. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with the parties needed to fulfil your order: PostNL (delivery), our payment provider (payment) and our hosting provider (secure storage). We have a data-processing agreement with each of them.
5. Cookies
We use functional cookies (cart, sign-in). Analytics cookies are only placed after you consent, to improve the shop. Marketing cookies are only placed after an explicit opt-in.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to object to processing. Email privacy@edzodetailing.nl to exercise them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
